My protocol helps you reach your full potential

I'm Paris AKA The Health Architect. I am 49 years of age - well that's my chronological age - but I 'll get back to that later. Following a lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, supplementation, and stress resilience protocol, over the last 4 years, I have managed to reduce my biological and metabolic age, - by quite a bit - and be in the best physical and mental shape of my life. I now want to help others achieve the same results! 

So, what would it mean for you to feel better, to sleep better, to look better, to have large amounts of energy on a daily basis, to eliminate or reduce any medication that you may be taking? What would it mean to you, to be your better self?

MY PROTOCOL

My protocol is tried and tested on myself!

The Health Architect Protocol includes:

Advice and practical methods on lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, sleep optimisation, supplements, correct breathing, stress management and relaxation techniques.

A monthly life coaching/mindset session (can be in person or online) and an optional monthly Bowen technique session to help with body balance and stress management.

I am not reinventing the wheel, we all know we can eat better, we should move more, drink less alcohol, and go to bed earlier. The problem isn’t the lack of information, the problem is our mindset and our limiting beliefs, and this is where I can help you, every step of the way.
