The Health Architect Protocol
The protocol includes advice and practical methods on lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, sleep optimisation, supplements, correct breathing, and stress management.
The protocol includes a monthly life coaching/mindset session (can be in person or online) and an optional monthly Bowen technique session to help with body balance and stress management.
I am not reinventing the wheel, we all know we can eat better, we should move more, drink less alcohol, and go to bed earlier. The problem isn’t the lack of information, the problem is our mindset and our limiting beliefs, and this is where I can help you, every step of the way.
My Biological Age
I am 49 years of age but as you can see here, my biological age is that of a 32-year-old. Biological age is measured with a blood & DNA test at a lab. It's also known as physiological age, biological age differs from chronological age and it considers not only the time elapsed, but also a number of different biological and physiological developmental factors, such as fitness, lifestyle, nutrition, vitamin & mineral efficiency, as well as cell & mitochondria health and resilience to stress. My Metabolic Age
My metabolic age is that of a 34-year-old. While chronological age refers to the number of years you've been alive, metabolic age is a measure of your body's functional age. It considers factors such as muscle mass, body fat percentage, and basal metabolic rate, to determine how efficiently your body is burning calories and maintaining its overall health. Your metabolic age can be measured through biometric devices.
